2016年两会思想汇报八篇
尊敬的党组织：
这个春天因为两会的召开变得与众不同。面对压力，我们在党中央的领导下，会克服重重困难，勇往直前。现在我还是一名预备党员，但是我已经在党组织的教育下不断的成熟。我想如果我始终坚持努力，就会取得更大的进步的。随着中央刺激经济一揽子计划的实施，我国经济发展的部分指标也透出丝丝暖意我们要珍惜好势头，满怀信心闯难关，坚定不移促发展，抓住时机趁势而上。
人民是创造财富的主体。始终坚定信心、始终依靠人民，是我们应对国际金融危机最深厚的力量源泉。要创造条件，充分调动民间的积极性，让各种智慧源泉充分涌流，让各种创新活力竞相迸发，集中民智、凝聚民力。为了应对国际金融危机、保持经济平稳较快增长，党中央、国务院及时果断地调整了宏观经济政策，并为下一步可能出现的困难储备了充足的“弹药”，目前的关键就是全力抓落实。只有争分夺秒、乘胜前进，才能取得更大成效。全国上下都要迅速行动起来，群策群力，共克时艰。
扩大内需对于保持经济平稳较快发展至关重要。政府要管好用好政府资金，大力转变发展方式，加快结构调整和自主创新，使4万亿投资最大限度发挥效力;要持续改善消费环境， 培育消费热点，尽最大力量释放居民消费潜能。不断提高人民生活水平，是发展经济的出发点和落脚点。要集中力量优先安排民生工程，多关心群众生活，解决群众困难，使扩内需、保增长的过程同时成为扩就业、保民生的过程。
改革和发展从来都不是一帆风顺的。新中国成立63年尤其是改革开放30年的历程，就是一次次战胜艰难险阻、一次次经受严峻考验的过程。知难不难，不论是国家还是企业、个人，面对国际金融危机的严峻挑战，都要有一股韧劲儿，有一股闯劲儿，有一种必胜的信念，一种不为任何风险所惧、不为任何干扰所惑的精神，千方百计寻求科学发展之路、民族复兴之路。
“不须迎向东郊去，春在千门万户中。”只要全国人民和衷共济，迎难而上，我们一定能走出低谷，迎来满目春光，中国经济必将在科学发展的道路上迈出更加稳健的步伐。
我对此充满相信，我向党组织保证，我一定会严格要求自己，从小事做起，认认真真学习踏踏实实做事，希望能够早日通过考验。

一年一度的两会在我们国家的首都北京胜利召开，会期过半好多问题值得我们关注，每年两会期间都有一些议题，但是自从我研究生选择了教育经济管理之后我就开始关注我国的教育的相关问题，虽然我只是一个很普通的学生，但是平时上课的时候我们经常讨论我国教育的一些问题，虽然不及代表们研究的透彻，但是也都是针对一些社会热点的教育问题进行探讨，比如南方科技大学的成立，还有我国大学生就业形势与建设什么专业能更好的满足社会的需求，我国作为人口大国，一直在国际上肩负重要责任，但是我国的人口怎样转变成人力资源是的我国变成人力资源强国，这样才能使我国在国际上地位有所提升。所以我们要时刻关注我国的教育问题，尤其是高等教育的发展。现有的大学筹办制度，好比“别人要造豪华别墅，你要求人家先盖个猪圈”。
以63岁高龄出任南方科技大学校长，而后又在教育部未批复的情况下拍板自主招生、自授文凭，这项尝试的牵头人就是朱清时。全国政协委员朱清时称，这次全国“两会”，他将建议修改一系列不适合教育发展的法规，最迫切需要修改的就是《学位条例》。
培养高度创新人才的路被堵死。朱清时称，按现有《学位条例》规定，所有中国的高校都只能走渐进式发展的路，你要想建一所研究型大学，首先得从大专开始办起，通过了评审再升格为大学，升格为大学之后再申请硕士研究生招生资格，然后才能再申请博士点。每一个申请都是要好几年的时间，要剥一层皮，不光是艰难，还有很多行政行为在里头。钱学森曾自问，为什么中国建了这么多大学，没有一所能培养高度创新的人才呢？一个答案就是，这条路在我们国家被堵死了。
30年的陈旧法规要改。中国过去30年建立的法律法规，实际上堵死了像香港科技大学那样一步到位建成研究型大学的路。“我今年的使命就是把这件事说清楚。我用一句很粗俗的话来解释。有一位领导同志听了我说的这些难处。他就说‘是，如果你想建一座世界一流的豪华别墅，你不能先把它建成一个猪圈啊，然后再改，是吧？那明显就不行。’这话很粗俗，我首先道歉，但我听了之后就记得很清楚。”
在我们社会主义文化教育中，高等教育发展到今天遇到个新情况，从来没有人笑道会有这么高的入学率，从精英教育变成了大众的教育，这些给我国的发展带来了极大地好处，但是随着发展我们也问题越来越多，值得我们思考的问题就很多，在我眼中看来我国高等教育的发展不要局限于文凭和专业，应该重视技术的应用，现在社会上普遍觉得学历重要，所以每个人都希望有个好学历，也就是说我国的高等教育可以培养技术人才给他们学历证明就好。
这样就有可以满足所有人的要求，但是这样就给我过的招生制度带来了麻烦，在重大学生面前是很多工作机会，但是每个人也不愿意放下身段，去做那些不体面的工作，所以矛盾也产生在大学毕业后就业的矛盾，也就是说大学前招生制度的矛盾以及毕业后就业的矛盾，大学教育本身的矛盾三个矛盾及一体的我国高等教育是发展不起来的，路被堵死了需要先开通，要从最严重堵的地方下手，其它问题就会迎刃而解了。

前些日子，我向党组织递交了入党申请书，我知道自己距离成为党员的梦想越来越近了。在日常工作和生活中，我时刻严格的要求自己，我相信在自己的努力下，在党组织的帮助下，我一定会取得更大的进步的。
在3月份，全国政协十一届三次会议在北京顺利召开，我做为一名基层护理工作着，对此感到格外的激动，同时也格外关注广大人大代表的各种提案，因为这些都关系着广大人民群众的切身利益，像房价、医疗、食品卫生这些都与我们的生活息息相关。
“两会”的召开是我国政治生活的一件大事，内容丰富，精神重要，我通过认真学习、深刻领会会议精神，进一步统一思想认识，切实把会议精神转化为自身推动科学发展、促进社会和谐的强大动力。
虽然我现在还不是一名真正的共产党员，但是我会以一名党员的标准来时刻要求自己，我会加强“两会”精神的学习贯彻工作。把学习“两会”精神作为当前和今后一个阶段的一项重要任务和理论武装工作的重要内容，切实抓紧抓好。发杨理论联系实际的优良学风，提高学习的针对性，不断强化学习效果。
努力使自己早日成为一名合格的共产党员。我坚信只要我们千千万万的党员和预备党员一起努力，我们一定能够在社会主义建设的道路上取得更辉煌的成就的。

“让群众先过”是人民利益高于一切的生动体现。我们党依靠人民群众取得政权，就应将人民群众的利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点。国以民为本、社稷亦为民而立。只有把人民群众的利益放在心上，才能更好地为人民群众办实事，真正使人民群众受益、党的事业永续。
“让群众先过”是摒弃特权思想的有力明证。身为总书记，并没有高高在上，不仅轻车简从，和人民共行，还为群众让路，急群众之所急。这才是一名人民公仆应有的姿态，这才是一名共产党员应有的行动。吃苦在前，享受在后是共产党员的优良传统，摈弃特权思想，处处人民为先，时时人民至上，人民才会认可我们、拥护我们。
“让群众先过”是改进工作作风的最好诠释。习总书记严格践行八项规定，为其他官员树立了标杆。改进工作作风不是明确几项规定那么简单，而应该实实在在的内化于心、外化于行。收起“官架子”，甩掉“官样子”，走到群众中间，体恤民情、体察民意，才会深得民心，深受民爱。
