　4阳春二月，在湖南省统计局一场特殊的报告会上，张吉世，一个看上去貌不惊人的年轻人，感动着每一个人，使我们每一位党员，经历了一次心灵的净化和精神的升华。他，不仅向我们展示了时代楷模“人民满意公仆”的风采，更是用自己的生动实践，为新时期共产党员先进性标准做了最好的注解,那就是：清正廉洁、勤政为民的公仆风范；求真务实、诚信主动的统计精神；爱岗敬业、追求卓越的优良品质；艰苦奋斗、不图名利的朴实情感。

　我们为有这样的同行骄傲，他向全省公务员展现了我们统计人的风采；我们为有这样的战友骄傲，他向全省老百姓展现了我们共产党员的风采；其实，我们还可以骄傲，学习先进，不用去远方，张吉世就是我们的榜样；我们更应该骄傲，在省统计局，先进的光辉无处不在，张吉世只是我局许许多多优秀共产党员中的一个代表。

　诚然，群雁高飞离不开领头雁，先进的集体离不开先进的领头人。局党组书记马勇同志带领党组一班人，借鉴国外的先进管理经验，全方位地推行创新与改革——大到统计制度、财务制度、人事制度的改革，小到会议模式、干部培训、互动式论坛的创新，还有学习型组织的创建、8件实事的考核……等等等等，不一而足，都是“三个代表”重要思想和党的先进性的忠实实践。

　虽然身处贸外处这个有点偏僻的角落，但我仍然深切地感受到，在省统计局，先进的身影随处可见，先进的事例随时可攫，不必说受到省政府表扬的人民满意公仆张吉世，也不必说谭蒲辉、刘国君、欧亚林、戴乐平、贺淑珍、蔡红宇、肖首雄等一百多名在2016年评比中，荣获各种奖励的先进份子，就说那些因名额限制而未获得荣誉的“无名英雄”的身上，也一样闪耀着共产党员先进性的光辉。是的，这些有名的、无名的先进人物用他们一件件闪光的事迹，一次次地感动着我。

　曾见到，在全省14个市州100多个县的土地上，有他们奔走工厂农村求证数据的脚步；也见到，在凌晨的钟声中，有他们不顾疲倦伏案审查的身影；曾听到，在各级政府领导质询的电话里，有他们据理力争的声音，也听到，在社会公众对统计数据表示怀疑的统计网页上，有他们耐心解释的言语。

　正是有了他们这种自强不息、开拓创新、求真务实的统计精神，使我们湖南的统计工作实现了整体超越，创造了一流业绩，在改革与创新的路上越走越光明。

　同样，在团结奋进的贸外处，我也时时感受到党员先进性的存在。

　陈智勇，这个有一说一、是一不二的副处长，就是一个见荣誉就让，见困难就上的好干部，哪里有困难，哪里就有他的身影，哪里有名利，哪里就有他的谦让。

　郭文峰，一位只有几年党龄的年轻党员，也有着张吉世般对工作的敬业精神。他刻苦学习，勤奋工作，牺牲了不知多少节假日以及与家人相聚的时光，硬是在短短的几年间，成长为贸易统计骨干和计算机应用能手。去年下半年，局里调整我处人员，他凭着精湛的业务素质，一人顶起了两、三个人的工作。

　曾晓林，一个不喜张扬的小伙子，同事们送给他的“秀才”称号恰到好处地诠释了他不断提高的为人民服务的本领。处理报表，他条理清楚，承担分析，他思路开阔，他的优秀统计产品常见诸报端、杂志，并获得国家和省级奖励；去年，他的统计分析又被评为全局“十佳”之一。

　叶杨宗、张雍雍，两位新来的处领导，把在综合处室工作积累的经验带到了新的岗位，既做拓荒者，为创新贸易外经统计工作出谋划策，也做铺路石，时刻不忘为干部的成长创造机会和条件。

　从未涉足过专业统计的易帜同志也迅速融入到我们的集体中，学计算机，学统计，以崭新的面貌迎接新的工作。
