 学校安全工作办公室在学校安全工作领导小组组长吴明礼具体领导下开展工作:

 1.认真贯彻执行国家安全管理工作方针政策、法律法规和上级有关文件、会议精神和工作部署,杜绝各级各类安全事故的发生,有效预防群访集访和群体性事件的发生,维护学校安全稳定2.负责研究制订学校年度安全工作计划,并组织实施;积极开展“平安校园”创建工作,建立健全学校安全管理工作各项规章制度。3.建立安全管理工作例会制度,负责组织召开学校安全管理工作会议,定期汇报、分析、研究安全管理工作。4.负责学校内部人防、技防、物防建设,开展安全隐患排查整改工作,提出整改与防范措施;负责协调相关部门开展校园周边治安综合治理工作。5.负责督促、检查、指导教师开展学生安全教育工作;负责全校师生校内活动和学校组织的大型校外活动的安全监督管理工作。6.负责学校内部治安防范和落实重大节假日安全值班工作;加强与属地派出所的协调,强化校园警务室建设,建立长效工作机制。7.负责处理校园安全事故,协调有关部门开展事故调查工作,及时向上级有关部门报告事故处置情况。8.负责校园巡防队的组建和管理,做好学校内部重要时段和重点部位的巡防工作,维护正常的教育教学秩序。9.负责学校安全管理工作、“平安校园”建设等资料收集、整理、归档、保存工作。10.完成学校交办的其它工作任务。

 1.制定学校安全年度工作计划、安全预案,完善学校安全工作的各项规章制度。

  班级安全员工作职责

 一、协助班主任做好安全工作,督促本班学生严格遵守学校安全常规要求,明确安全责任。

 二、协助班主任老师搞好安全检查,发现问题及时上报。成立帮学对子,及时调解学生之间的一般矛盾或纠纷,情况严重者要及时向老师报告,避免群斗群殴。

 三、调动本班学生做好安全保卫工作的积极性,充分发挥少先队的整体作用,配合学校做好本班的安全防范工作。重点督促做好“五防”(防火、防班级伤害事故、防打架斗殴、防课间做一些危险动作、防季节性流行病与传染病)、 “三关”(关门、关窗、关灯)工作。

 四、督促做好季节性流感等其它疾病的预防工作并及时上报。

 五、经常进行安全巡查、登记、消除安全隐患、收集有关资料,及时反映情况。

 六、集体活动时,协助本班教师维护好秩序,防止发生意外事故。

 七、本班安全员实行课间安全检查制度,安全员要特别注意本班安全盲区的情况,(如:厕所、楼梯下面及后院活动场地)原则上是本班卫生区划分的场地,但在其它地方若发现有学生违纪情况也要及时向老师报告。
