　我是是xxxx年8月从市长电电话中心到市行政便民中心心办公室主持工作的。一年年多来，在市行政便民服务务中心党组的正确领导下，，在各科室和各窗口同志们们的大力支持协作下，认真真履行工作职责，努力做好好本职工作，较好地完成了了xxxx年工作目标，现现将一年来主要工作总结如如下：

　xxxx年，我积极极参与中心组织开展的深入入学习实践科学发展观等学学习教育活动，认真学习党党的十七大和十七届三中、、四中全会精神，学习党的的最新理论，学习有关政策策法规和业务知识，不断提提升自身综合素质和工作能能力。特别是到办公室工作作以来，我结合工作实际和和工作职责，本着缺什么补补什么的原则，边学习边熟熟悉工作，把学习贯穿工作作始终，坚持带着问题学，，开动脑筋学，努力向书本本学、向领导和同事学，力力求学以致用，推动工作。。通过学习提高了自身综合合素质和分析处理问题的能能力。

　xxxxx年，根据工作分工和自身身承担的任务，主要做了以以下几项工作：

　1、抓好好市长便民公开电话工作，，充分发挥市长电话在关注注民生、服务群众方面的作作用。

　xxxx年8月份份以前，我作为市长便民公公开电话受理中心副主任，，负责市长电话工作。在抓抓好日常工作的同时，我注注重从多方面提高市长电话话运行质量。

　二是是切实解决了市长电话受话话系统和转办系统的技术问问题。针对市长电话系统陈陈旧，故障多发、群众打电电话难等实际情况，租用联联通公司呼叫平台，并开发发了网上转办系统，使499个网络单位实现了网上转转办和反馈，提高了工作效效率。

　四是继继续坚持社会各界代表接听听市长电话活动，邀请人大大代表、政协委员、企业和和群众代表走进市长电话中中心，直接倾听群众呼声，，零距离感受市长电话工作作，很多代表对市长电话忙忙碌的工作情景印象深刻，，称赞市长电话为群众解决决了很多实际问题，切实发发挥了关注民生、服务群众众的作用。

　2、认真做好好办公室文字材料的起草、、修订和审核把关工作。

　xxxx年起草制发中心心行政文件49个，党组文文件23个;编发行政便民民服务工作通报5期，行政政便民信息20期40多条条，以及各种工作总结、汇汇报提纲、工作反映、考察察报告、领导讲话、领导署署名文章、会议交流材料、、通知、信函等文字材料660多篇，总计40多万字字，及时总结反映了中心各各个阶段的主要工作。并有有多篇文稿被省、市政府信信息采用。同时，认真做好好上级机关和兄弟单位的来来文、来电、来函的处理和和拟办工作，全年共处理各各类来文1100多件，保保证了机关政令畅通和工作作的高效运转。

　3、精心心筹备和组织好各类会务工工作。

　xxxx年，中心心先后组织召开了各类座谈谈会、征求意见会、工作通通报会、总结表彰会、主任任办公会、党组会议以及行行政便民服务工作总结会、、推进会、部署会、检查考考核会等大小会议50多个个，对这些事关中心形象和和发展的大事，办公室都坚坚持做到会前精心筹备、会会上全程服务、会后抓好落落实，保证了会议的胜利召召开和工作的顺利推进。

　4、积极做好后勤保障和和精神文明创建工作，为中中心工作营造良好氛围。

　xxxx年，办公室认真真落实优先保障窗口福利待待遇、优先保障窗口工作正正常运转的工作原则，坚持持科学理财，节能降耗，严严格管理，在财政部门取消消各种补贴后，积极做工作作想办法，协调各方支持中中心工作，全额解决了窗口口人员的服装费，按月兑现现了窗口劳保用品和生日蛋蛋糕，如期改造了供暖系统统，购置了大量办公用品，，为中心各项工作高效运转转提供了坚强保障。

　5、全力筹建中心食堂堂，解决工作人员中午就餐餐问题。

　在人少事事多的情况下，我和办公室室的同志抱定不干则已、干干就干好的决心，坚持学习习各种业务技能，不会就学学，不懂就问，实行分工合合作，一人数职，一职多管管，用工作的高效率、快节节奏、高标准来弥补人员的的不足。

　在工作中坚持按按制度办事，公平、客观地地处理日常工作。在全科同同志的共同努力下，xxxxx年办公室各项工作都取取得了长足的发展，实现了了无安全事故、无泄密现象象，信息采用、提案办理、、年鉴编写受到上级表彰，，精神文明建设取得丰硕成成果，环境卫生更加优美。。
