述职报告种类简介
述职报告的分类，可以从几个不同的角度进行划分，因而存在着交叉现象。
从内容上划分
1.综合性述职报告：是指报告内容是一个时期所做工作的全面、综合的反映。
2.专题性述职报告：是指报告内容是对某一方面的工作的专题反映。
3.单项工作述职报告：是指报告内容是对某项具体工作的汇报。这往往临时性的工作，又是专项性的工作。
从时间上划分
1.任期述职报告：这是指从任现职以来的总体工作进行报告。一般来说，时间较长，涉及面较广，要写出一届任期的情况。
2.年度述职报告：这是一年一度的述职报告，写本年度的履职情况。
3.临时性述职报告：是指担任某一项临时性的职务，写出其任职情况。比如，负责了一期的招生工作，或主持一项科学实验，或组织了一项体育竞赛，写出其履职情况。
从表达形式上分
1.口头述职报告：这是指需要向选区选民述职，或向本单位职工群众述职的，用口语化的语言写成的述职报告。
2.书面述职报告：是指向上级领导机关或人事部门报告的书面述职报告。
要注意将 工作总结 同述职报告区别开来。工作总结，可以是单位的、集体的、也可以是个人的，其写作角度是全方位的，即凡属重大的工作业绩，出现的问题，经验教训，今后工作设想等都可以写，而述职报告却不同，它要求侧重写个人执行职守方面的有关情况，往往不与本部门、本单位的总体业绩、问题相掺杂。

据《市党政领导干部述廉、评廉、考廉工作安排意见》的要求，现本人结合自己分管工作，将个人履行廉政情况简要汇报如下：
一年来，我时刻牢记党的宗旨、自觉增强党性观念，自觉实践习近平总书记“xxxx”重要思想，正确对待权力、地位和自身利益，为人民掌好权、用好权，做人民的公仆，按照党的廉洁从政的要求，认真落实廉政监督责任制，坚持立党为公、勤政为民，自觉接受群众监督。
一、加强学习，注重政治素质和业务能力提高。
一年来，始终坚持认真学习邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想，用马列主义武装自己的头脑，不断加强自身世界观、人生观和价值观的改造，提高自身的政治理论水平和业务能力。坚持自觉参加党组理论中心组的学习，能够认真通读党的十六大四中全会报告。认真学习深刻领会国家、盛市人大会议精神，在实际工作中认真加以贯彻。一年来，共写心得体会、学习笔记累计10000余字。通过扎实的思想政治理论学习，为自己开展各项工作提供了强大的思想武器，在日常工作中注重运用马列主义的立尝观点和方法，分析、研究、解决工作实际问题，取得了明显的效果，自身领导能力和领导水平不断得到提高，能够牢固树立大局意识，比较客观、全面、准确地看待问题，分析和解决问题。在加强理论学习的同时，注重更新知识结构，重点加强业务和法律知识学习，在一年中，我认真系统的学习了宪法、代表法、地方组织法和各种法律。并在工作中学习，在学习中工作，精益求精，不断探索，使自己更加胜任本职工作。
二、爱岗敬业，想事干事，努力做好各项工作。
第二、干事务事，软件硬抓，努力通过强化管理作好工作。针对内司委任务重、人手少、条件苦、待遇差的实际，作为内司委主任，既注意通过抓好经常性的思想教育来引导和培养全委同志高度的无私奉献精神，同时又注意下功夫研究管理并通过完善管理措施来不断强化全委内聚力。为此，一是注意研究管理，强化措施，使管理有章可循、有据可依。结合统计工作和机关管理实际，先后组织制定了有关工作管理、纪律管理、学习管理、等一系列便于操作落实的规章制度。二是严格执行，落实到位，坚持用规章制度约束和规范全委行为。注意把严格管理与关心爱护紧密结合，既抓大事、又办小事，既坚持制度、又入情入理，从而使遵章守纪逐渐变成大家的自觉行动。
第三、尽心谋事，倾力干事，力求在任期内多干一点实事、留下一点印象。
任职以来，抱着"多干少说、先干后说、干好让别人评说"的决心，带领全局上下团结一心、艰苦奋斗，从小事做起，一步一个脚印求发展。经过一年多的努力
三、注重德操修养，恪守廉洁勤政，带头守装清水衙门"这块阵地。
一是在党性修养上，坚持政治学习，注重自我改造，不仅经常教育全局同志，而且能以身作则地自觉做到政治上不说糊涂话、不做出格的事，与市人大常委会保持高度一致。二是在处世为人上，坚持做到自严、自律、自尊、自爱、慎独、慎微、慎始、慎终，自认为自己多年来的所言所行、所作所为对得起党性、对得起良心。特别是能够自觉做到无职无权时不奢望、手中有权时不张狂，既保持向上向善的良知，又坚持处事为人的理性。三是在处理工作关系上，十分注意摆正自己的角色位置，做到宽容待人、宽厚用人，公正办事、公平处事;乐于让名让利于上下左右，敢于讲真话讲实话敢于负责任;做到不争权利、不争高低、不闹无原则的纠纷;十分注意发扬民主，联系群众，坚持大事商量、小事通气;遇到问题时放低姿态，主动沟通，注意通过做好思想政治工作来化解矛盾、消除误解;真心实意培养干部成长，设身处地帮助解决实际困难，尽心尽力地为大家办了一些有益的事情;坚持言教与身教有机结合。
四、存在的问题和今后努力方向
回顾过去的工作，由于任职时间较短，缺乏经验等原因，在开拓创新，对外协调方面还做的不够，在今后的工作中，我要努力做到以下三点：

今年以来，我和班子成员一起，带领全省邮政干部职工，认真贯彻落实党的xx届四中全会精神，认真贯彻落实中纪委三次全会和省纪委四次全会以及全国邮政纪检监察工作会议精神，牢固树立科学发展观和正确的政绩观，坚持以发展为第一要务，以改革为动力，以构建和谐邮政为目标，大力开拓市场，创新经营机制，强化企业管理，改进邮政服务，圆满完成了中国邮政集团公司和省委、省政府下达的各项工作目标任务，实现了河南邮政的又好又快发展。在抓好发展的同时，我切实负起党风廉政建设一把手的责任，认真履行一岗双责，全面落实党风廉政建设责任制的各项规定，抓教育，抓作风，做表率，带班子，推动了全省邮政部门党风廉政建设。按照省委、省纪委的要求，现将本人20xx年度完成工作任务、履行党风廉政建设责任制和廉洁自律情况汇报如下：
一、主要工作完成情况
今年以来，我认真履行岗位职责，带领全省邮政员工，真抓实干，狠抓落实，有力地促进了全省邮政各项工作的开展。
(一)全省邮政始终保持快速健康发展局面
今年以来，面对复杂多变的社会经济形势和繁重的邮政改革发展任务，全省邮政不断深化改革，加快发展，强化管理，提升能力，始终保持良好的发展势头，1-11月份，全省邮政累计完成业务收入亿元，绝对值居全国第四位，较上年同期增长%，增幅居全国第五位，完成集团公司预算目标的%。
1.邮务类业务。各专业进一步抢抓机遇，强化项目运作，形成了竞相发展的良好局面。函件专业。利用名址信息库和先进的技术设备，广泛开展服务中小企业活动。积极开展执法类、公益类、金融类、保险类、通信类共94种账单的寄递业务。开展由省委书记、省长亲笔签名的 祖国华诞六十周年 邮政邮资明信片向全省xx大代表、老红军、老党员、老干部等八类群体寄递慰问活动。1-11月份实现收入亿元。报刊发行专业，1-11月份累计实现业务收入亿元，较上年增长%。集邮专业。举办了一系列声势浩大的河南题材邮票首发式和庆祝中华人民共和国成立六十周年集邮展览活动，紧紧抓住世界邮展在河南举办的商机，积极进行项目运作，1-11月份实现收入亿元，较上年同期增长%。电子商务专业。积极拓展短信、电子商务平台和代收费等高效增值性业务，1-11月份实现收入9372万元，较去年同期增长%。
2.速递物流业务。大力实施项目开发，实现了平稳较快发展。在加强管理的基础上，加快一体化和中邮快货业务发展。1-11月份，实现速递类业务收入亿元;物流类业务收入亿元，较上年同期增长%，其中分销物流专业实现亿元，较上年同期增长%。
3.邮政金融业务。虽然面临着货币政策调整、金融危机等一系列的不利因素，但由于近年来我们不断调整业务结构、转变邮储发展方式，加强精品网点建设，改善窗口服务条件，强化金融人才队伍建设，夯实了邮政金融业务发展的基础，邮政企业和邮储银行双方相互支持，共谋发展，使金融业务继续保持了快速发展。1-11月份，实现邮政储蓄业务收入亿元，较上年同期增长%。代理保险专业。不断丰富产品种类，强化团队建设，实现了跨越式发展，1-11月份实现收入亿元，较上年同期增长%，完成年预算目标的%。银保市场占有率达到%，居省内银保业首位。
(二)企业改革不断取得新突破
一是全面完成了邮政金融体制改革。按照集团公司部署，完成了全省1332家分支机构的组建工作，建立起了结构合理、运行平稳的组织管理体系。完成了邮政企业和邮储银行的分账核算工作，建立了完整的邮储银行核算体系。建立了省、市、县三级邮政金融业务管理机构，全面负责所辖范围内二类及代理邮储网点的经营管理工作。二是稳步推进速递物流专业化经营改革。建立了省市县一体的速递物流专业经营体制。出台了速递物流专业省市县一体化经营的财务管理和会计核算办法，建立健全了相应的经营、运行、管理和考核机制，为速递物流业务快速发展奠定了基础。三是进一步深化专业化经营改革。按照 分业经营、分账核算 的总体思路，在继续坚持 条块结合、利益归属不变 的原则下，进一步完善省、市一体化经营，深化对函件、集邮、发行、代理金融、代理保险、分销物流、电子商务7个专业的专业化经营改革。四是进一步完善内部分配机制。全面实施薪酬制度改革，建立起以岗位价值为基础的薪酬管理体系。建立与薪酬分配制度相配套的绩效考核体系，实现了对岗位履职考核工作的配套细化管理。五是进一步完善人事制度。在调整机构设置方案、理顺岗位设置和职责的基础上，开展了领导和管理序列岗位的竞聘上岗工作，首次在全省范围内公开选拔了省专业公司负责人和省速递物流公司部门负责人。
(三)企业核心能力建设不断取得新进展
坚持高标准，高质量，积极实施 科技兴邮 战略，通过加快技术创新和基础建设，使河南邮政综合通信能力大大提高。一是加强信息化建设。完成了《河南邮政三年滚动规划》、《河南邮政十一五信息化规划(修订稿)》编制工作，提出了中长期战略和20xx-20xx年规划目标。大力推进金融信息系统建设，完成了对公业务、邮政储蓄信用卡、邮政代理保险等应用系统上线工作，建成了功能丰富的电子商务平台系统和全省邮政业务大客户管理系统建设，大大提升了邮政信息化水平。二是全面推进网络运行生产管理扁平化、作业流程标准化和生产操作规范化，实现了邮件实物流和信息流的融合，提高了邮件处理效率。新增速递邮件处理场地1800㎡，加大网络调整力度，省辖市之间互寄的特快邮件实现 次晨达 ，省辖市寄往县(市)城区的特快邮件实现 次日递 ，全程时限准时率由调整前的%提高到%。全省市县党报党刊和畅销报刊当日见报率达到了95%以上。积极推进县局和重点农村支局投递网建设，全省9个投递网建设重点城市顺利通过集团公司达标验收。三是大力加强基础设施建设。林州、永城、开封县邮政综合生产楼主体竣工，南阳、濮阳市邮政综合生产楼主体封顶，上街、平舆、淮阳、柘城县邮政综合生产楼开工建设。建成 精品、示范窗口 66处，进一步完善了服务设施，改善了服务环境。
(四)企业形象不断提高
紧紧围绕省委、省政府中心工作，积极开展服务 三农 、服务文化旅游产业和服务中小企业等工作，在服务地方经济发展同时，成功树立了河南邮政的品牌形象，得到各级党委、政府的充分肯定和社会各届的广泛好评。今年4月份在洛阳举办的世界邮展，我们积极配合邮展组委会、执委会，充分发挥邮政优势，做了大量工作，确保了世界邮展在洛阳的成功举办。中央政治局委员、国务院副总理张德江和来自全国的67名省部级以上领导参加了世界邮展，并对邮政部门所做的工作给予了高度评价。国际集邮联合会主席约瑟夫 沃尔夫称之为 世界集邮展览史上最成功的一次邮展，为世界集邮展览树起了一座永远的丰碑 。9月25日，我们召开了全省邮政系统独立运营十年先进表彰大会。省政府张大卫副省长，集团公司冯新生副总经理出席了会议，对河南邮政分营十年来取得的成绩给予充分肯定。当晚举行的 邮政之夜 世界十二男高音音乐晚会 ，原省委书记徐光春，省委常委、省委政法委书记李新民，省委常委、洛阳市委书记连维良，省政府副省长史济春、张大卫，以及原省五大班子的老领导张洪华、张以祥、贾连朝、陈义初、祁正祥出席了晚会。
河南邮政工作还得到了新闻媒体的广泛关注。《人民日报》、《经济日报》、《工人日报》、《河南日报》、中央电视台、河南电视台等省级以上新闻媒体，报道宣传河南邮政发展成就的稿件达1000余篇，为企业发展营造了良好的舆论氛围。
(五)和谐企业建设不断取得新成效
始终坚持以人为本，在全省邮政系统广泛开展了 三保证三关爱六落实 活动，建立起了困难职工帮扶救助长效机制，让员工充分享受到了企业改革发展成果，赢得了全省邮政员工的衷心拥护，进一步增强了企业的凝聚力和向心力，得到了各级领导的高度评价和社会各界的广泛关注。同时，还深入开展农村支局所 职工小家 建设活动，为职工小家配备冰箱、安装空调，统一更新配置生活用品用具，统一建设食堂、活动室、浴室、休息室，切实改善基层员工生产生活条件，让员工愉快工作、快乐生活。目前已建成 合格职工小家 893个，其中省级 模范职工小家 165个，进一步改善了基层员工生产生活条件。
河南邮政工作得到集团公司、省四大班子领导和社会各界的充分肯定。原省委书记徐光春多次作出亲笔批示，对河南邮政在关爱员工、在世界邮展中发挥的作用和开展文化创意产业服务河南发展等方面给予了充分肯定。河南省邮政公司不仅被中央文明办授予 全国精神文明建设先进单位 ，还先后荣获了河南省五一劳动奖状、全国五一劳动奖状和河南省改革开放三十年卓越贡献国有企业等多项荣誉。并且连续四年被评为 全省政风行风建设先进单位 ，并被列为20xx年度免评单位。我本人还被授予 改革开放三十年河南省功勋企业家 荣誉称号。
二、认真落实党风廉政建设责任制
河南邮政几年来的发展实践证明，一个企业能否经营好和管理好，能否带出一支作风过硬的干部队伍，党风廉政建设至关重要。而一个单位的党风廉政建设好坏关键在于领导班子，搞好领导班子的党风廉政建设关键在于一把手。群众看领导班子，班子成员看一把手。一把手认识到位，工作到位，行动到位，起好表率作用，党风廉政建设就能落到实处。我作为省邮政公司的主要领导，始终注意从我做起，从点滴做起，自觉做本单位加强党风廉政建设和廉洁自律的模范，廉政勤政，时时警醒自己在岗位上能为企业和职工做些什么，离开岗位后又能为企业留下什么，视自己手中的权力为责任，把权力用到为企业谋发展、为广大干部职工谋利益上。
按照年度党风廉政建设责任目标分解，我是第一责任人，对全省邮政党风廉政建设负总责。我认真履行职责，在安排全年工作和阶段性工作时，注意把党风廉政建设工作纳入到整体工作格局中去。年初召集班子成员及相关部门负责人，共同研究年度党风廉政建设工作，并将责任目标进行分解落实。在年度邮政工作会议上将党风廉政建设工作与业务工作同部署，并与各单位一把手签订了党风廉政建设目标责任书。每年召开全省邮政部门纪检工作会议，我都召集党组成员和纪检部门共同研究修改会议的有关文件，并对党风廉政建设和干部廉洁自律提出具体要求。
今年以来，在党风廉政建设的各项工作中，我不仅亲自部署安排，还充分发挥带头表率作用。年初，在省公司党组会议上，我专题学习了******同志在中央纪委三次全会上的讲话和贺国强同志的工作报告，学习了省纪委四次全会议精神，并结合全国邮政纪检监察工作会议精神，对河南邮政20xx年的党风廉政建设和反****工作进行了研究。我积极参加省委开展的深入学习实践科学发展观活动和 讲党性修养、树良好作风、促科学发展 教育活动，带头讲政治，带头顾大局，带头讲团结，带头讲党性，带头严要求。党的xx届四中全会召开后，我立即组织机关各部室和直属各单位集中收看了******总书记所作的工作报告;xx届四中全会闭幕后，我明确要求全省各级邮政部门要采取集中学习、集中讨论、专题讲座等形式，迅速在全省邮政系统掀起学习贯彻xx届四中全会精神的热潮。
在企业发展、经营任务十分繁重的情况下，我毫不放松党风廉政建设。到基层企业调研时，我都会对领导干部执行党风廉政建设责任制情况进行了解和督促，全面掌握邮政系统党风廉政建设情况。一旦发现问题，都能及时采取措施，防微杜渐。对党风廉政建设中发生的问题，我亲自过问。我非常重视干部群众的来信来访处理工作，重点注意解决损害群众利益的行为。对收到的每一封信(学习部部长述职报告)访件，我都一一作批示，要求有关部门以最短的时间认真调查处理。对群众反映在工作中存在一定问题的处级干部，我亲自对他们进行诫勉谈话，督促其改正错误，改进工作方法。对新提拔的处级领导干部，我都亲自对他们进行廉政责任教育，下级单位一把手汇报工作时，要求同时汇报党风廉政建设工作情况。
三、认真执行领导干部廉洁自律各项规定
作为党组书记，我始终坚持贯彻民主集中制原则，定期召开党组会、民主生活会，坚决执行《河南省邮政公司重大事项议事规则》，充分发扬民主，不搞一言堂，在重大问题特别是干部任免、重要建设项目安排和大额度资金的使用等方面，按照集体领导、民主集中、个别酝酿、会议决定的要求和程序进行，具体实施上落实到人，明确分工，增强了决策的民主性和科学性。我严格执行《党政领导干部任用条例》，坚持正确的用人导向，严格用人程序，不搞个人说了算。在省专业公司(局)领导岗位竞聘上岗工作中，我首先主动回避，不做评委，并要求纪检监察全程参与监督，防止用人上的不正之风，使河南邮政首次举行的处级干部竞聘工作，组织严密，程序规范，整个过程体现了公开、公平、公正、竞争、择优的原则，向全省邮政干部职工展示了省公司党组以人为本、不拘一格选拔人才的决心，对河南邮政新一轮的又好又快发展产生了深远影响。在物资采购方面坚持招投标制度和民主决策，做到了不个人拍板，不暗箱操作。特别是在今年2月份，在职工团购房时，我要求所有领导与职工一样，不搞特殊化，与职工一起抽签、选号，确保了购房过程中的公开、公平、公正。我认真践守在全省邮政纪检工作会议上自己提出的 牢记两个务必要求，严格遵守党的四大纪律八项要求，带头廉洁自律，带头遵守省委关于领导干部廉洁从政的规定，自觉接受广大干部职工的监督，用自己的行动带动河南邮政党风廉政建设 的廉政承诺，并在领导班子民主生活会上进行了认真的对照检查。
我严格遵守《国有企业领导人员廉洁从业若干规定(试行)》和中央、省委有关领导干部廉洁自律的各项规定，始终保持 自重、自省、自警、自励 的精神状态，经常反思自己的行为，检点自己的作风，自觉坚持和发扬党的优良传统和作风，艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约，坚决反对和克服拜金主义、享乐主义和极端个人主义。
一年来，我没有收受现金、有价证券、支付凭证，没有参与任何形式的赌博活动。我的妻子、儿子都在国有企业工作，女儿还在上学，没有从事任何经商活动。个人没有借用公款，没有用公款为个人购买商业保险，没有在企业兼职和领取报酬。住房和公务用车严格按照有关规定执行。
虽然我在抓好本单位党风廉政建设方面做了一些具体的工作，但距党和组织的要求还有距离，还要进一步努力。在新的一年中，我一定继续按照科学发展观的要求，认真抓好党风廉政建设责任制的贯彻落实，发挥领导班子核心作用和模范表率作用，领导和团结广大干部职工，在班子成员的协助下，为河南邮政 业务结构合理、管理科学规范、基础设施健全、信息技术先进、经济效益稳定、社会形象一流 目标的圆满实现作出新的更大的贡献。

20xx年，本人在组织的培养、关怀和支持下，从科级干部到副县级领导干部，从财政部门到审计部门，实现了工作岗位和职位的较大变化，思想观念有了提升，理想信念更加坚定。为了认真总结过去，扎实做好今后的工作，按照地委关于领导干部年度考核的要求，现将本人20xx年思想、作风、工作及廉洁自律等方面的情况报告如下：
一、思想政治建设方面
