  x单位2014年测报站工作总结

 2014年(x单位)测报站在各级领导的大力支持下,林业有害生物预测预报工作开展有序,森林病虫害监测预测及防治取得良好的效果。我站对2014年林业有害生物预测预报工作开展情况进行了认真总结,现就工作情况汇报如下:

 一、组织机构建设

 1、(x单位)测报站于2006年11月成立,2009年5月通过兵团森防站验收正式成为兵团级中心测报站,在2014年初,申报了国家县级示范站,辐射xxx。自挂牌成立以来,(x单位)测报站积极发挥职能作用,坚持两手抓两促进,一手抓全团林业有害生物预测预报工作,促进林业有害生物防治工作上新台阶;一手抓自身建设,促进测报站增强发展后劲。

 2、2014年3月6日,发〔2014〕14号文件《关于调整(x单位)兵团级森林病虫害预测预报站机构人员的通知》,按照测报站人员编制的要求,我团测报站有兼职站长1人,专职副站长1人,专职测报员3人,兼职测报员3人,共计8人,其中本科学历的有1人,大专学历的有4人,中专学历3人,共有3人先后参加兵团组织的生物防治培训班,并且取得了兵团颁发的结业证书。

 基础设施建设

 1、“三室”齐全。目前我站配备办公室 2间,档案室1间,占地面积 80 ㎡;试验室、标本室、养虫室各1间,占地面积 120 ㎡;另外还有3间物资储备库,包括车库、药剂储存库,物资储蓄库,面积共计200㎡。团场每年拿出一定的资金完善站房设施建设,到目前为止我站站房设施齐全,站容站貌整洁。

 2、办公设施配备齐全。我站现已配备了电脑2台、激光打印机1台、复印机1台等办公设备,电脑已经联网,每一期虫情简报、短期预报都通过互联网、传真的形式发布到上级森防站和辐射团场。另外我站还配备了数码相机、干燥箱、恒温箱、电子天平、显微镜、解剖镜、高枝剪、测报箱、档案柜、标本盒、实验台等专业测报工具。

 3、防治机械车辆使用良好。我团现配备车载喷雾器2辆,有专门的200㎡的车库和药剂储备库,能够确保车载喷雾机械以及药剂的安全存放。另外,我站为保证办公设备、实验设备以及防治机械及配套车辆的正常使用,制定了登记使用及保管维护制度,办公、实验设备使用,防治器械、车辆的使用、维护、存放都要进行登记备案。

 三、站务管理

 1、我站制定了各项测报规章制度,其中包含测报站站长、副站长、测报员等各项职责及测报办法实施细则,各项制度都已上墙。另外我站对主测对象的分布情况、发生态势图、防治数据统计表、踏查路线图、生活史图、发育历期图、固定标准地设置等图表都已经上墙。

 2、我站测报经费一部分由上级森防站拨付,另外团场还负担一部分测报经费。今年(x单位)测报经费支出78804元,主要支付测报员野外调查补助,车载喷雾机车保养,以及防治药剂等材料购买等,一年来我站对于国家拨付的经费能做到足额用于测报工作,做到专款专用。

 四、业务工作开展方面

 1、制定工作计划及监测预报方案,确定监测方向

 我站辐射团场有(x单位)和(x单位),林业有害生物监测面积达到156.446万亩(含辐射面积),根据我站近年来掌握森林病虫害的特点,我站在年初就制定测报站工作计划及监测预报方案,确定全年的监测方向及监测办法。

 2、积极做好林业有害生物监测,及时发布虫情报告

 2014年我站在辖区范围内设立了11个标准样地,其中固定标准样地8个,临时样地3个,并在样地内埋有统一的标识牌,由测报员每天按时观察和准确记录调查数据,填写有关表格,进行分类汇总,针对辖区范围内虫情发生态势做出短期预测预报;并将预测预报调查结果撰写成虫情简报,通过互联网、传真和电话等形式及时上报上级森防站和辐射团场,截止目前,共发布虫情简报7期,短期性预报5期。

 林业病虫害防治情况

 我站根据春尺蠖监测调查数据分析,于4月14日—4月24日先后采用车载喷雾器2台同时作业,对22连、良种连天然胡杨林区、17连至彩门大林带以及主干道危害严重的进行化防,共防治面积3250亩。其次还在林果生产季节主要防治梨小食心虫、红蜘蛛、蚜虫、枣瘿蚊等害虫进行了防治。

 另外,我站还有1专职测报员维护兵团林业有害生物监测预报信息系统,保证系统正常运行。同时在每月15日—20日认真填写有害生物月报表(3、4、5、6、7、8、9月),及时向师森防站和兵团森防总站发布有害生物防治月报表,完善并填写了新疆兵团林业有害生物监测预报网络系统,并在6月份、10月份分别对下半年及2015年森林病虫害发生趋势进行预测。同时还有1名兼职档案管理员,对我团现有林地面积、各类树种面积以及各类树种病虫害对应的资料,以及病虫害防治情况,以及日常的病虫害调查记录都建立了相应的档案材料。

 五、其他业务工作开展情况

 1、不定期组织测报员进行理论知识培训。

 由于我站兼职测报员,都是维族同志,因此我站在开展工作时,注重测报员测报理论知识培训学习。积极组织测报员进行理论与实践相结合的系统培训学习,以提高测报员的工作能力,截止目前,我站已组织测报员培训4次,在9月组织所有测报员认真学习了《国办意见》,对《国办意见》进行了讨论和宣传。

 加大林业有害生物防治宣传力度

 我站进一步加大林业有害生物防治宣传力度,通过报、(x单位)新闻网、站内广播、国家森防信息网等传媒进行林业有害生物预测预报及调查情况进行信息宣传,今年在森防网发表信息33篇,报发表1篇,(x单位)网站发表300篇。

 3、规范森林病虫害标本制作

 目前我站有各类虫害标本300多盒,标本种类达8种之多。主测对象春尺蠖生活史标本3套,其他监测对象生活史标本2套,(其中杨二尾舟蛾生活史标本1套,弧目大蚕蛾生活史标本1套),标本室内还收集枣瘿蚊幼虫等标本。

 4、科学制定果园病虫害综合防治方案,采用无公害防治措施

 年初,我站就制定果园病虫害综合防治方案,结合果园生产,达到无公害防治目的。冬季深翻挖蛹浇透水;刮除树干老皮翘皮,清除果园病枝落叶,降低越冬病虫基数;早春在树盘处覆膜,绑塑料膜带,阻止春尺蠖、枣瘿蚊、梨小食心虫上树产卵;在果树发芽前,适时全树喷洒石硫合剂;注重保护害虫天敌;利用一些害虫的趋光趋色性来诱杀;其次还有采用生物农药、低毒农药进行人工防治。
