　　我和学生有个小秘密

　　新接到2年级语文实验班数学，看到那些可爱小不点，我什么都不担心，就怕他们对数学没有兴趣，因为他们对语文的兴趣实在浓厚，七、八岁能洋洋洒洒写出千字文章，爸爸妈妈惩罚孩子的办法是不让他看书，想来都有点害怕！

　　开学以后，最担心的事也就出现了，班上一部分孩子反映出对数学的“淡漠”，家长也和我交换意见，怎么才能让孩子对数学有兴趣呢？实在的，面对一群聪明的孩子，怎样才能让他们喜欢数学呢？对我真是一个挑战！

　　我除了上课尽量使用电教手段，做一些动画，讲一些故事，“放宽”对他们的管教，让他们慢慢亲近我外，我与学生还有一个小秘密。

　　只要有家长与我交换意见，我就给他们讲：“学生对数学的没有兴趣，关键在于他们对数学的那份自信的丧失！我们要给予他们自信，他们才会喜欢数学！我打算把考题提前叫一些同学先做一遍” 。有的家长问我这样好吗？我说：“其实，考试不是目的，目的是怎样让他们今后学得更好。”

　　要知道他们都是数学有点“问题”的孩子，看到她们对数学自信的回归，我心里激动不已。就这样，班里几个上期数学不好的孩子，都“考”到了很好的成绩，上课他们特别的认真，作业虽不算很好，却能较好的掌握新内容。

　　真正的单元测查更令我高兴，上期班上补考也不及格的A同学也考了84分，他已经成为班上听课认真、积极举手的一员了，也成为了一名自信的孩子。不过我和他的秘密还要进行下去，直到他考得更好。

　　我觉得班主任有两样东西不可缺少，那就是智慧和爱。

　　与学生的心贴得更近，爱是最好的路。每当得知要大幅度降温时，我都会急匆匆的跑到班级去插播天气预报。中考冲刺阶段，学生要上很多课，饿了课间就啃方便面。我看在眼里，疼在心里。于是我开始每天给学生煮鸡蛋吃。其实关心学生就在不经意间，有时甚至不是故意的，完全是师爱使然。老师爱学生，学生就更爱老师，我们的教育才会事半功倍。记得一次下大雨，几个学生打着伞、拿着衣服来办公室接我上课，那幅画面真美丽 ……
