行政服务中心机关党委书记述职报告

　, 抓党建,,强管理，提服务，树形象，，努力打造“利企便民”服务务型党组织品牌，行政审批服服务效能明显提升，企业群众众满意率明显提高，中心共办办理行政审批及服务事项933000多件，多次收到企业业、群众送来的锦旗和感谢信信，展示了政府窗口良好形象象。

　8个个党支部，党员88名，其中中在册党员39名。中心党员员实行双重管理，即窗口党员员无论组织关系在何处，必须须参加中心政治学习和党建活活动。为了进一步加强窗口党党建工作，上半年，我们深入入办事大厅调研，在此基础上上，拟定了党支部窗口单位划划分意见，拟将服务机构也纳纳入到党支部管理，并广泛征征求了各方面意见和建议，我我们还对党支部机构成员调整整也进行了充分酝酿，目前，，前期工作已基本完成，7月月份将以正式文件印发，此项项工作的完成将使中心党建工工作做到全覆盖，具有重要的的意义。

　办事大厅厅窗口人员来自地林直、中省省直、加区政府不同单位，中中心机关党委以党建活动凝聚聚人心，促进管理，提高服务务，取得了较好效果。中心机机关党委每季度开展“党员先先锋岗和红旗窗口”评比活动动，去年年末，我们通报了220**年度评比情况，引起起了一些窗口单位高度重视，，气象局、质监局等窗口单位位对被评为“党员先锋岗”和和“红旗窗口”的干部进行了了提拔，调动了窗口人员参加加中心党建活动的积极性。今今年，我们还启动了创建“星星级党支部”活动和“创文明明诚信窗口，做人民满意公仆仆”活动，通过开展党建活动动，党支部凝聚力明显增强，，窗口服务水平明显提升。
