周一到周五,70后祁静和肖楠楠是穿着职业装在北京繁华地地段的办公室里朝九晚五的高高级白领,而一到周末,她们们就换上休闲装赶赴郊区,变变身为鞋底总是沾满泥土的““农场主”,种花种菜养鸡养养鹅。她们的爱丰收农场占地地近20亩,一年中出产了660余种蔬果,养着3只鹅、、一群鸡。
,为了““真人图书馆”,她休职一年年后刚刚回到工作岗位,白天天上班她是一名建筑师,下班班后就马上转换到星辰海“真真人图书馆”创始者的身份,,除了准备网站公测,还要到到实体书馆操办真人书友会等等活动。
,创业与工工作不是只能选其一的“鱼和和熊掌”,而是一种可以实现现梦想的生活Style。
爱丰收农场就像长在土地里的的菜市场。土地被分成了大小小不等的区域,整齐地种着生生菜、菜花、茼蒿、油菜等,,煞是好看,在希腊风格蓝白白相间的小屋前面还种着核桃桃树、樱桃树等果树,时不时时传来的鹅叫声提醒来者正在在享受着正宗的田园生活。
,开始寻寻觅天然生产的安全农产品,,后来“抱着拯救一个是一个个”的态度,两个从未种过菜菜的女白领一拍即合,生出办办农场的念头。今年4月,她她们在北京市顺义区北石槽镇镇东辛庄村建起了自己的爱丰丰收农场,租地、人工和基础础设施前后投入20多万元。。

,干脆休职一年专心心做星辰海。她觉得这一年的的工资损失还是小事儿,错过过了升职、加薪的机会也认了了,但她不得不放弃了几个很很喜欢的项目,“这是无法弥弥补的,但如果失去实现自己己梦想的机会,那也是无法弥弥补的”。

,农场的200块小菜地已经承包出去177块,另有20户人家选择了了配送蔬菜服务。虽然农场出出品的蔬菜比市场上的菜价贵贵,但有客户表示“吃完这个个菜就吃不了其他菜了”。如如果农场每周还有剩余的蔬果果,她们就拿到北京有机农夫夫市集上出售,如果不算租地地和基础设施的投入,目前的的收支也基本达到平衡。
