　永丰县佐龙乡富裕村位于于永丰县城西面，永吉公路旁旁，全村408户，17166人，土地面积1850亩，，党员38人，党员致富能手手34人。近年来，村党支部部依托本村蔬菜产业优势，以以深入开展农村“双学三部两两带”活动为契机，着力打造造“三培两带四路五好”农村村党建工程，着重突出“能人人带动、组织推动、市场牵头头”的强人作用，建成市县一一流的百亩特色蔬菜科技“精精品园”，精心打造绿色蔬菜菜产业。XX年，全村蔬菜种种植户达396户，发展蔬菜菜1500余亩，全村蔬菜产产值达540万元，农民人均均纯收入达2780元，集体体经济收入达23万元，昔日日难副其实的富裕村成了名副副其实的富裕村。

　一、建强强基地，着力提升“学、培、、带”整体水平
