 永丰县佐龙乡富裕村位于于永丰县城西面,永吉公路旁旁,全村408户,17166人,土地面积1850亩,,党员38人,党员致富能手手34人。近年来,村党支部部依托本村蔬菜产业优势,以以深入开展农村“双学三部两两带”活动为契机,着力打造造“三培两带四路五好”农村村党建工程,着重突出“能人人带动、组织推动、市场牵头头”的强人作用,建成市县一一流的百亩特色蔬菜科技“精精品园”,精心打造绿色蔬菜菜产业。XX年,全村蔬菜种种植户达396户,发展蔬菜菜1500余亩,全村蔬菜产产值达540万元,农民人均均纯收入达2780元,集体体经济收入达23万元,昔日日难副其实的富裕村成了名副副其实的富裕村。

 一、建强强基地,着力提升“学、培、、带”整体水平
